Which CRMs does titop.ai integrate with?
Odoo, Salesforce and HubSpot are supported today, on one shared adapter interface with bidirectional sync. Pipedrive is planned. CRM integration is available from the Growth plan. On the email side, Gmail / Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365 and any IMAP or SMTP provider are supported from the Free plan.
Where is my data processed, and does it train someone else’s AI?
Processing runs on hardware titop.ai owns and operates — no public cloud and no third-party AI APIs, so your email is never sent to an external model provider. Free and Pro use a shared model, Growth a dedicated model, and Enterprise a model fine-tuned for your company alone.
Is titop.ai GDPR and Swiss nDSG compliant?
Yes. titop.ai is built in Switzerland and complies with the GDPR and the Swiss nDSG/revFADP. A Swiss data-residency option is available on Growth and Enterprise, and on-premise deployment is available for organisations that require data to stay on their own site.
Do I have to migrate my CRM or change how my team works?
No. titop.ai connects to the email and CRM you already use, and nothing is migrated. Reps keep replying by email exactly as before; the AI does the triage, CRM updates and follow-up tracking in the background.
What happens if we exceed the email quota?
Nothing is blocked or hidden. Extra emails are processed as usual and the overage is billed at month end — CHF 0.03 per email on Pro and CHF 0.02 on Growth. Enterprise has no overage.
